INVITATION FOR BIDS – SALE OF USED MOTOR VEHICLES

1. The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is an intergovernmental organisation research and training in sustainable management of (arthropods) for improving health and agricultural productivity in the tropics (www.icipe.org).
2. icipe invites interested individuals and/or parties to bid for Used Motor Vehicles as presented and described in the URL below. The vehicles will be sold ‘as is where is’. Ten (10) of the vehicles can be viewed at icipe Duduville Campus, Off Thika Road, Kasarani, Nairobi, and the eleventh (11^th) vehicle at KEMRI CDC Complex, in Kilifi, during the period 5^th -18^th October 2017 (week days only) from 10:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs.
3. How to apply:
   • Interested bidders are required to purchase a Tender registration form at KShs.1,000 each. The Form is available at the Transport Unit, Mr. Donald Mwachoni.

4. Sealed bids clearly indicating the name and contact details of the bidder, vehicle selected indicating the Model, registration number and location, and the quoted price should be submitted to the address below. The closing date for receipt of the bids is Thursday, 19^th October at 11:00 hrs. Only winning bidders will be contacted.
